Tesoro is an independent refiner and marketer of petroleum products with 10 sites in the Western United States. With this type of industry and product, there are many challenges to be had. Safety is number one, the chemicals and products themselves can be unsafe. Tesoro approached us with the need to have an Enterprise CCTV system that could withstand the environment on sites.

DSI implemented an Enterprise Avigilon system on site. We were able to successfully install Avigilon cameras within explosionproof containers. The intricate nature of the sites requires a heightened sense of safety and security. The CCTV system that was implemented is able to track people and movement around the site.
Within a site this large, CCTV is important. Tesoro requires video footage to be available with a 2-year history. DSI was able to implement a custom server on the site to maintain that standard. Remote access was also implemented to view cameras from any android or apple device, with proper programming.
